What Is The Minimum Deposit For BTC?
Currently, Exchanfger101 allows you to easily deposit BTC without any stress. However, it’s important to note that this deposit shouldn’t be less than 0.0001 BTC.
So, regardless of where you’re sending your BTC from, please ensure that it is above this threshold.
Why Is This Minimum In Place?
The minimum BTC peg was set back in late 2023. At the time, we noticed unusually high levels of traffic on the Bitcoin network. This massive traffic led to delays in transactions being processed, as well as higher transaction confirmation fees. At the same time, we found that transactions below a certain value were most affected.
To ensure that our customers’ funds weren’t stranded, we imposed a minimum BTC deposit of 0.0005 BTC. However, when we noticed that the congestion eased up, we quickly lowered the Bitcoin deposit to just 0.0001 BTC so that more people could enjoy smoother Bitcoin deposits.

- Before making a deposit, double-check to ensure that it is above the 0.0001 BTC threshold
